As an Account and Success Manager at Orbus, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of enterprise and public sector clients using Orbus Software’s leading SaaS solutions. Your mission is to guide clients through their digital transformation journeys, ensuring they achieve tangible outcomes through strategic product adoption and sustained engagement. You will serve as both a trusted advisor and account growth partner, combining relationship management with technical insight to support renewals and drive expansions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and analyse clients’ ICT needs to align Orbus solutions with Enterprise Architecture and transformation objectives.
• Provide ongoing strategic guidance and product training to maximise client value and ROI.
• Manage end-to-end client engagement: onboarding, adoption planning, check-ins, and success milestones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, and Technical teams to resolve issues and deliver outcomes.
• Monitor client engagement via telemetry, NPS feedback, and CRM to mitigate risks and uncover growth opportunities.
• Support renewals and partner with the Account Manager team to lead upsell and cross-sell strategies.
• Contribute to thought leadership and marketing efforts through client advocacy, webinars, and user events.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline or extensive experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Consulting, or other client-facing.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to translate complex concepts for varied audiences.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• High levels of empathy, initiative, and autonomy in managing accounts.
• Commercially aware and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth SaaS environment.
