Our consultants partner closely with customers to understand their requirements, translate them into robust solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of integrations and automations across their enterprise. Working alongside Sales, Product, and Support teams, Professional Services plays a key role in helping customers achieve measurable transformation outcomes through the OrbusInfinity platform.
The Opportunity
As an Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining system integrations and automations using OrbusInfinity Flow, our iPaaS solution. You’ll work directly with customers to scope requirements, deliver integration best practices, and ensure high-quality, scalable workflows that connect data, systems, and processes across their organizations.
This is both a hands-on technical role and a strategic advisory position, ensuring customers maximize the value of their OrbusInfinity investment.
This is a hybrid role based in Poland, with a preference for candidates located in Katowice. We collaborate in the office two or three times per week.
What You Will Do
Partner with customer stakeholders to analyze requirements and define integration solutions.
Design, configure, test, and deploy integration and automation workflows using OrbusInfinity Flow.
Maintain and enhance existing integrations, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges with minimal disruption to customer operations.
Document integration processes, standards, and workflows.
Provide training and guidance to customer and internal teams on integration best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional Orbus teams—including Developers, Project Managers, and Customer Success Managers—to ensure successful outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor, mentoring customer teams and supporting their integration journey.
Feed customer insights into Product Management to influence the roadmap.
What You Will Bring
5+ years of experience in system integration, middleware, or API development, including iPaaS platforms (Prismatic, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or OrbusInfinity Flow).
Strong understanding of integration patterns, data mapping, and transformation techniques.
Proficiency with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and related integration protocols.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and deliver solutions in complex technical environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.
A track record of thriving in agile, fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
Nice to Have
Experience working in international, multicultural environments.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture and transformation platforms.
Background with SaaS platforms in the enterprise software space or demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools.
