Senior Professional Services Consultant

We believe transformation doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It happens through partnership, insight, and the ability to turn complexity into confidence.
At Orbus Software, we help some of the world’s most sophisticated organizations understand their business inside and out. Our platform, OrbusInfinity, connects strategy to execution, IT to the business, and transformation goals to measurable results.
With customers spanning industries and continents, we work side by side with global enterprises, public institutions, and fast-moving innovators. Whether it is guiding a Fortune 500 through a complex merger, helping a bank streamline its architecture, or equipping a healthcare provider to move faster, we are there to ensure our customers succeed.
Professional Services at Orbus is where strategy becomes execution. We work hands-on with customers to design, implement, and optimize OrbusInfinity in ways that reflect their real-world complexity and ambitions. Partnering closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, our consultants translate business goals into practical architectures, tailored solutions, and lasting capability. From initial deployment through advanced transformation initiatives, we focus on delivering outcomes that stick and building the foundations our customers rely on long after go-live.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Professional Services Consultant at Orbus, you will lead complex, enterprise-scale implementations for some of our most strategic customers, including Fortune 500 organizations and major public sector institutions. Your role is to help customers translate ambition into execution by designing and delivering solutions that accelerate value from OrbusInfinity.
This is a senior, hands-on consulting role. You will partner closely with customer leadership to understand their business drivers, enterprise architecture maturity, and transformation goals, then apply your judgment and expertise to architect solutions that are both practical and forward-looking. From onboarding through advanced initiatives, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through complexity with confidence.
You will work autonomously across engagements while collaborating closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services leadership. In addition to delivery, you will contribute to the evolution of Orbus best practices, methodologies, and thought leadership, helping shape how we serve customers at scale.
This is a delivery-led role, where credibility and influence are earned through hands-on implementation and sustained customer impact rather than formal authority.
This role is based in the United States and may be performed remotely. Occasional travel is expected to support customer engagements and collaboration with internal teams.
